Fuel stabilizer for a bike that only sits six weeks?

Work travel sometimes parks the bike for a month or two. Tank is ethanol fuel and the garage is climate controlled. Is stabilizer worthwhile for that short a gap, or just fill it and ride when home?

Smooth is fast enough.

Six weeks has never been a problem for my injected bikes. I fill the tank before parking and avoid starting it just to idle for five minutes.

If the timing is uncertain, measured stabilizer is cheap insurance. Run it long enough to reach the injectors instead of only treating the tank.

A battery maintainer and correct tire pressure have mattered more for my short storage periods than fuel treatment.

    Street miles, track lessons.
